Intangible heritage and community values

To help shape a heritage strategy for the City of Christchurch, the Council held a series of community workshops. Chris Johnston was invited to be a keynote speaker at the ‘Tangible and Intangible Heritage Workshop on 23 May 2018. Her talk ‘Intangible heritage and community values’ explored examples of intangible and tangible heritage expressed on the four corners of Flinders and Swanston Street, Melbourne and illustrated principles, ethics and practice guidance, advocating for an integrated approach.
