Analysis of heritage considerations for the redevelopment of Waverley Park for the Stockland Corporation proposal. This included the analysis of the Stockland proposal against Heritage Victoria’s guidelines. Waverley Park was subsquently added to the Victorian Heritage Register, with the listing limited to the ‘high stand’ or ‘members’ stand’ (the Sir Kenneth Luke Stand) and oval (playing field), with other structures demolished in 2002. Today a ring of three and four storey housing encircles the ground, reflecting the form of the demolished stadiums.
